Lemon-Herb Chicken Star Pack Tray Roast

Ingredients

  • 1 × 1 kg Hokaai Chicken Star Pack
  • 2 tsp Ina Paarman Chicken Spice
  • 3 tbsp Ina Paarman Lemon Marinade
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 lemons, wedges
  • 3 sprigs rosemary

Method

  1. Marinate: Toss chicken with Lemon Marinade, Chicken Spice, and oil.
  2. Tray up: Add lemon wedges + rosemary. Spread in a single layer (skin-side up where applicable).
  3. Roast: 200 °C (fan 190) for 45–55 min, until skin is golden and the thickest piece hits 74 °C internal.
  4. Rest: 5–10 min. Spoon tray juices over to serve.

Notes

  • Add potatoes to the tray for a full meal.
