
Lemon-Herb Chicken Star Pack Tray Roast

Ingredients
- 1 × 1 kg Hokaai Chicken Star Pack
- 2 tsp Ina Paarman Chicken Spice
- 3 tbsp Ina Paarman Lemon Marinade
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 lemons, wedges
- 3 sprigs rosemary
Method
- Marinate: Toss chicken with Lemon Marinade, Chicken Spice, and oil.
- Tray up: Add lemon wedges + rosemary. Spread in a single layer (skin-side up where applicable).
- Roast: 200 °C (fan 190) for 45–55 min, until skin is golden and the thickest piece hits 74 °C internal.
- Rest: 5–10 min. Spoon tray juices over to serve.
Notes
- Add potatoes to the tray for a full meal.
